We have been dealing with Hardik since past 4 years, and not once he has under delivered so far..I feel the main essence of an intermediate person(local DMC coordinator) is that to make sure things are taken well care of when it comes to some mishap on the tour... Getting quote and coordinating payment can be handled by anyone, however real help is when your client on tour needs some help or needs some alteration and due to time difference or any other practical problem, and Hardik has proved to be MAN Friday when it comes to fire fighting..he has gone really out of the way and helped when it mattered the most. I wish Hardikball the best and lot of luck for his new venture
